horrible! the employees badly need customer service training. they were shouting and accusing other car rental companies. they refused to give me the car after waiting for almost an hour. they had a subjective opinion on my documents: I presented a passport and bank card from different countries because I live in 2 different countries but they did not understand this. I have been using these documents or the past 3 years across the world and never had an issue!
My Kayak reservation was for a car Budget did not have, so Budget did not honor the reservation price.
Almost new car supplied.
Budget lost the car after I returned it, required 4 calls to sort the issue including describing the person I gave the keys to! They also took payment up front for fuel even though the contract was a "return full" contract. Expecting to have to chase the refund of this.

The customer service of the staff
He understood about the traffic jam which caused our return delay, explained carefully the gas options and did not charge us a penalty, given the extenuating circumstances.
The staff were good. Was just disappointed that the car I ordered was not what I received .
We checked in to Avis expecting the car we reserved online, and rudely told us our reservation was cancelled, which we never did. Didn’t offer reason how that happened or any effort to help us out!! Just told us it was cancelled and they had no more cars available. Really put us in a bind with 3 kids in a foreign country.

Agent was pleasant & helpful!
The car could have been cleaner, especially inside at pick up! There were crumbs & popcorn in the console area & on the floor. Windshield needed cleaning inside & out.

very competitive price and the desk girl was very pleasant and try to find an agreement on which car to give us since the one ordered was not available anymore
we have some trouble when giving back the key because it was night and we didn't know where the key box was. we tried to contcact the customer service number but they didn't answer. Anyway, it was not a big deal because we give back the key the day after.
