Longview staff excellent and helpful, car was in terrible mechanical shape, and left driver stranded alone on a dark stormy highway for hours, undriveable. No roadside assistance given. Later, car locked itself while running with keys in ignition, locksmith finally found by a relative, car unlocked and driver charged $120...These issues happened in the Leesville area, over the weekend, and the Leesville office refused to help her. She ended up having to pay 544.00 for repairs to the rental in order to be able to drive safely back to Texas.

Roadside assistance...and emergency assistance services for mechanical breakdown...

Staff was very clear about directions with the car use and drop off, pick up and drop off were easy.

This Enterprise seemed understaffed both at pickup and drop off, phones ringing and people waiting in line. The staff were efficient but I think they could use more people on the floor to help customers more quickly.

Upon arrival, found out we received a free upgrade due to no 'economy' cars being on the lot. Perfect! Ross, our agent, was very friendly, asked if we had any questions or concerns & even got my husband to put the extra 'insurance' on the car just in case. Very friendly & fast service for sure!

Charged me to upgrade vehicle when I didn’t ask or want to because they didn’t have what I reserved. I worked for enterprise and we never charged people when it was the company to upgrade.

Pick up and drop off was simple and quick

The car was def not cleaned on the outside, the inside was mostly clean but a few spots could be seen.

The staff at the longview location was great. Very nice.

The longview location is dirty and off putting. Will never rent from there again. The car itself was just ok. We used it for a cross country road trip and it was pretty uncomfortable. We found a precious passengers lease agreement in the glove box, so not a very thorough clean. The fees that Hertz charges is absurd. I typically use Enterprise but Hertz was cheaper for this specific trip. Won’t make that mistake again. Too many hidden fees. $6.95 per toll fee on top of the toll itself....Enterprise charges no extra fee. $9.99 per gallon for gas is absurd. Enterprise something like $3 per gallon. Get it together, Hertz.
