There was no car. Apparently all the vehicles listed were not in actuality there. No corresponndance between Sixt and myself to alert me to this prior to arriving at the branch.

Upgrade car that we had to pay extra for was fine
Having disput at check in as required to pay lots extra for alternative vehicle as ordered one and medium-sized not available. Had to pay extra for smaller car !.also damage on collect mot checked so hope no further come back.

High quality cars available but at good prices. Car was ready, very new and very clean. Service was efficient and easy, in and out in no time
Trying to push you to buy insurance cover despite telling them we had a separate policy already.
It doesn't specify the rental is inside the building behind the train station. Google Takes you across to some other streets. Very vague location. Also when you get inside there's no Dollar sign. Only after I called I realized it's inside the Hertz office. There you can see 2 tiny Dollar signs.

They will look at your car with magnifying glasses when returning the car. So report every dent and scratch no mater how small is it when picking the car. In my case thy charge me $90 for a missing radio antenna. I didn't even think cars even has one in modern times.

They gave away my reservation for an automatic car in Europe because I was more than 2 hours late, something they did NOT MENTION IN ANY COMMUNICATIONS.
