Guys in the car park weer great, both on pick up and return

Car was very ordinary It had almost bald tires and the brakes were bad It was dirty inside Desk staff were not very interested in customer service Forced insurance on you, either that or you were not going anywhere

Representative at the check in counter was rude and unwilling to explain additional charge that they claim were required. I had proof that I have insurance coverage through my credit card company but they refused to honor it. Car was filthy, radio didn't work and car was not given to me with a full tank. Horrible experience.

Thanks for kindnesses of strangers. .Even though it's late at night, budget, avis and thrifty were very helpful. Only one company was going to get my business. They all talked to one another so that I got the best deal.

Yeah I got delayed, but where are you. No phone ,or office. How am I to get a rental. Even when information got your # why didn't you answer
