Reserved a full-size truck or SUV, vehicle was switched out for a "Crossover SUV", which did not meet my needs. Was informed of this after I had arrived at the airport. Hertz rep said there were no options, yet there were Hertz trucks in the rental lot. They did not compensate price completely.

Okay the car was not clean properly and also I noticed some issues. Bad smell and was showing some warning on front bumper sensors. Looks like it needed front end alignment even the steering wheel was crooked. My options thy need to put more attention to the vehicles THANKS

After my plane was delayed, Hertz decided to give my reserved car away to other people as there was a large conference in town that week. Ended up costing me $500 for an Uber to get to my destination because no other company had cars either. Lady at the counter was useless and made no effort to help me.

Staff at Midland and Harlingen were both very friendly and attentive. Vehicle was clean and provided a very comfortable ride. Drop-off at Harlingen was super easy; just provided ending mileage, parking location and keys and I was on my way. Receipt emailed to me. Will definitely use National again for future rentals.

Price was good vs price direct from alamo

Van was dirty and paint was on inside of van from house Painter that rented before us. Had to switch to different van. Second van had dog hairs all over the seats. To tired of messing with it to try and get another one.

The manager was very rude at that store told him the truck that I rented the heater did it work and could he get me another vehicle he was going to make me drive and pick it up.I waited a hour for another one. And it was dirty inside and out.I told them and they just acted like oh well. Didn't want to wait any longer was already behind schedule.when I returned the car I told the manager that I had to pay thirty dollars to repair a flat that it had something stuck in it. He said he couldn't do anything about it. To call corporate. I won't rent from him again

They need to check into who they have running that place he's very rude and unfriendly and I won't rent again from him

Due to some emergency, I asked if I can drop-off the car at a different location. They charged me some 300 dollars extra for that inspite of taking the car for a month.

Employee was courteous.

When I arrived my reservation, that I had changed earlier was not known by the person I talked to. So, the car was not ready and they gave me a Jeep, which I wanted, that had not been cleaned out well or washed. The mud from the person before me was still on the car and in the car. I was very disappointed.

The attendant there when I first arrived was annoyed that I would disrupt her free time with my business. Very rude and not hospitable at all. The attendant upon my return was the opposite. Very nice and easy to work with. The vehicle had a broken AC vent but other than that the vehicle was ok.

Paid a taxi to carry me to get my car and they didn't have any cars available. Was told it would be at least 2 days before they had one. Then had to pay to get back to my truck. Shouldn't make a reservation if you don't have cars available!
