The promised vehicle didn't exist and never had. The price was wrong, actual cost was significantly higher. The insurance was 3rd party, but not obviously so, and would likely have been a pain to collect on had it been needed. I will never again use KAYAK for car rental.

Staff was great. Hours were a bit limited but that worked out fine.

Vehicle was old and didn't drive great. This was a 2017 vehicle with nearly 30k miles on it. For $130/day, it was a pretty ridiculous price.
