We left 1.20h late while we were sitting in the plane. No information whatsoever was shared on the reasons of the delay and the new departure time. Only after 1h, at people pressure, we got some info. The toilets in the front were “reserved for the crew” pretending it is out of order( but the crew was using it). All the plane had to share the back side toilet so there was a permanent queue. The crew young and un experienced. All of it. They blocked the aisle during the repetitive service, so we had multiple queues now, both at toilet and before/after the service charriot. It was the worse flight I ever had and I regularly fly since 25 years.
