Well I was shocked to turn up and find apparently I had booked a car with no insurance. You can imagine I was not happy when I needed to pay £63 on top of what I had already paid. I can't believe you can have people paying to hire a car and no where in the booking process does it state you are not insured. I'm very dissatisfied and still shocked.

Had vehicle booked for pickup at 10 am , arrived at 11am, and they had given vehicle away, advised they only hold for 30 mins of pickup time, and were very rude and not helpful, then they finally found another vehicle (basically same one) and wanted us to pay an additional 800 british pound sterling on top of rental agreement. So we went to enterprise and received a vehicle from them I would never recommend this Company

Hertz rental in UK (I’m from USA) was reasonably convenient- I accidentally booked from wrong Airport. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to pick up at the other airport- though they tried! They helpfully delayed pickup. I should have investigated insurance more thoroughly so that added unexpected costs. Still a good cake given unlimited mileage!
Car was very basic model and smelt vaguely musty. Again insurance charges were unexpected expense. (2x estimated).
