Hertz has the wrong address for car pickup on the booking confirmation. Address is for the train station, real pickup location is down the road in a weird area.
After dropping off the car with no concerns noted, Hertz claimed there was a minor chip/ scratch on front wheel. They sent a pic with their report. 1) this scratch was extremely minor 2) was not noted on return of the vehicle but apparently after the car was washed. Billed me £162.00 for this. Claim now submitted to alliance. Hertz also charged a £25.00 “preferred location fee - our pickup was at downtown Belfast location. Not sure how this is a preferred pickup location.
