Cheap Car Rentals in Bahnhofsvorstadt, Bremen

We arrived after booking a small economic car weeks in advance to be told they had no other cars besides an enterprise moving van. I have never before seen this used as a rental car. We had to take it because we had a hotel reservation 5 hours away but we were completely dissatisfied that this was far from the vehicle we had rented in advance. Do not recommend

I am international traveler, I encountered very poor service from Enterprise staff. She was rude. I was treated inappropriately, I felt that I was under investigation by the police even though I was a customer, to the point that she threatened to cancel my reservation and asked to leave the office only because I object to the inappropriate behavior. The and office had no other customers while I was in there. It was very bad experience I regretted renting car from this company.
