Nice customer service - quick and easy. More picky than airport on return

Did not notice on search that there was no CDW included. At desk on hearing that I was liable for the full value of the car unless I took out their excessive insurance (150% of the rental costs). SIXT refused to refund the rental already booked if I pulled out of the contract. Took the car without the insurance. On reflection 3 days later I rang SIXT to put the car on Insurance only to be informed that they could not modify the contract and there would be no refund if I returned the car. Customer Service - you must be kidding.

Your company/website is a scam. We booked a car for a very important day, and the company had NO CARS when we arrived!!!! Will NEVER use again and tell anyone I know to stay awy from your services.
