Cheap Car Hire in Carretera de la Sierra, Granada from AED 19

The two agents that worked with us, Maria in Granada and Juan in Seville, were very friendly and efficient. Overall, our experience with Enterprise was excellent!

Friendly, capable, helpful!

We turned up at the office to collect the car to be told that there was no car available. We had to take a very expensive taxi to our destination instead. The staff at the Enterprise office seemed to think that this was not an unusual experience, that people often book over the internet but no cars are available. Even worse, I went on the Internet to see if I was able to hire a car from a different company and Enterprise were still showing availability for multiple car types despite none being available. Taxis and associated costs have left us a few hundred euros out of pocket. Enterprise are clearly using very dodgy business practices. I will not use them again.
