Efficient.

We were given a shift gear car. Not driven a shift gear car for a while so it was tricky driving one especially as it is on the left hand drive. We drive on the right hand in Malaysia. Also perhaps some basic explanation.about traffic rules in finland should have been given. We were not aware a time display must be put on.the dash board when parking. We nearly got a ticket written for this as we were totally unaware of this requirement. Good thing the enforcement officer came by a little while after we parked and we saw him approach the car. We ran back to the car to find out what we had done wrong and he kindly explained this

Pickup was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. I also liked the car, a BMW.

The rental fee doesn't include any kind of insurance. Also, if you drop off the car when the office is closed, you have to find street parking. And make sure to get familiar with traffic signs, I didn't notice I parked in a no-parking zone, and a $90 ticket was added to my bill.
