Car was ready, clean and pickup staff was very helpful with clear operation instructions. Charges were clear and matched estimates made at time of reservation. Nothing hidden. Car's rear seatbelt turned out to be non-functional causing back seat passengers discomfort as one had to sit in middle, cramping the other. Drop off was slow at airport though there was no problem at all with the car as returned.

Most rental car agencies in Jerusalem have negative reviews. We had a good experience with Sixt. Good car, competent check-in and check-out. However, any time we rent outside the US, we recommend protecting yourself with photos of the car before and after, asking questions about tolls and late return fees. The drivers near Jerusalem are aggressive, so we paid for the low-cost CDW even though our credit card covered us.

pickup in jerusalem very far away, limited hours and took over 60 minutes. they did not find the reservation at all. in tel aviv , drop off only from 8- 5pm, again at inconvenient location. why not possible to drop off after hours??? wasted ton of valuable time on our trip. car beeped incessently with all sorts of needless warnings. severely underpowered and small car for 100usd a day. insurance was a good deal though.,..

I appreciated the upgraded car that Hodaya provided (a MAZDA 2); we had bad weather (rain) and it was much better to have this model. Thank you very much to the entire staff at the Mamilla Mall location in Jerusalem. R/S, Dan Goodman 050 317 2597 cell phone when in Israel

Wonderful|May 2022

Picking up our hertz rental car in Haifa was relatively simple. The car was excellent, with a large screen to which I was able to connect my Android phone and use Google Maps for navigation. Returning the car in Tel Aviv was also quick and easy!

Unable to execute my valid reservation

Bait and switch. Refused to fulfill reservation even when 800corporate Budget agent on phone told them it was valid. Avoid this place like the plague.

She was great and fixed a mistake that the Tel Aviv office made because they charged us too much.

It would be nice to have a sign outside of where to return the car. One person had to run inside and get instructions while the other person sat on the side of the road.
