Was told flight would board a few minutes late. Kept us waiting for an hour and then canceled the flight for non weather related issue. Then sent us to wrong baggage claim area. Then the process to rebook tickets was worst I’ve seen. It took over 4 hours to get a new ticket. No organization. Tons of people giving hotel vouchers, 2 people booking flights. Terrible experience

Then the process to rebook tickets was worst I’ve seen. It took over 4 hours to get a new ticket. No organization. Tons of people giving hotel vouchers, 2 people booking flights. Terrible experience
