Very nice people helping us at pick up and drop off, patient and took the time for us ! Really appreciated that, will rent there again for sure !

Service was clear and fast. The car was clean. I took some pics of the scratches, verified I had gas before leaving. They answered all my questions. It was great. I have nothing bad to say, I’m happy. I came back before the deadline and It was simple, just a quick check and we all left with a smile. I will definitely come back. Do I recommend? YES.

Enterprise was great. However, I did not like the booking process through Kayak. From the beginning I was being quoted a rate in Cdn Dollars (all in) and somewhere between starting the process and being moved to the Hotwire website the quote was switched to US Dollars. I did notice this and it would have been fine if the final total was still ‘all in’ and similar to the Cdn amount expected. It turned out to be almost 40% higher than expected as I guess the US amount was not all in. It was just disappointing that the currency and variables were changing as I went through the reservation process. It was obviously known from the beginning of my inquiry that I was shopping in Canada, making a reservation in Canada and paying in Canadian dollars. Hoping, if I book through Kayak again that the process is more transparent. Regards, Corey Smith

We were to receive an invoice by email 8 pm of the day we dropped off the vehicle and still have not received 5 days later.

They charged an additional 74 dollars over the quoted price! Dishonest and misleading pricing!!

They didnt let us leave with the car

They canceled my reservation last day. They offered another pick up location with double the price. Thay are scam

Like the easeness of picking it up, the availability of the car itself and how close it is to the cruise terminal, which is very walkable. What I don't like is I have to drop it off at 8am when it should easily change to 2 hrs later. That was the reason for getting the car, right? To take it to the airport.

Pick up and Drop off were great. The staff were lovely even though they were dealing with long lines and less than patient clients. The staff more than made up for the fact that the car was dirty when I picked it up. There were fingerprints all over the passenger windows and the interior was grimy. Just disappointed in the cleanliness level. Other than that things were fine.

They don’t give me a car as I confirmed by calling but employee at counter told me u called customer care they don’t know anything as there is no vehicle available so plz avoid national car rental

Made a reservation 3 months ahead: Toyota Rav4 or equivalent at 12 noon. We got in the queue at 12:15 pm, got to speak to an agent at 1 pm, who said they did not have our car, but we could take a replacement car that would not be ready before 45 minutes, so the agent proposed a Toyota Highlander instead, for an additional 20$/day (x 14 days). We refused and said we would wait for the replacement car. When we finally got our replacement car (Hyundai Kona, not as big as what we wanted), the agent strongly insisted that we take their insurance, because no other insurance in the world we may have would cover all sorts of damages, which is totally false. Their insurance was from 30$ to 35$/day. I declined his "offer", perfectly knowing I was covered with my personal car insurance, not to mention my credit card's insurance. ..and the car was really smelling cigarettes. So, as far as customer service is concerned, it needs deep improvements. The car, beside the cigarette smell and some scratches, was in perfect conditions.

When making the reservation, we take out full insurance and pay more for it. But when picking up the car, the company told us that we did not have any insurance and we had to pay again.

The vehicle was nice and clean, pickup and drop off were quick and everyone was friendly!

The worst rental car experience. The car was fine but the PICKUP was awful. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my vehicle to be ready along with two other people and I had made the reservation the morning the day before. Why was the vehicle not ready? I have no idea. I completely missed my appointment that I had due to this. I’m extremely disappointed.

Great car (hybrid) so was able to save a lot on gas. Hard to find at the airport but they wor hard at finding you
