Not sure if you have anything to do with the staffing at the rental company but they had poor service. Lines to long only two people working counter check in and out had at lease 10 people wainting

Con: Check in process was very slow; long line and only 3 employees. Car was uncomfortable to drive - not a good pick for a short person. Pro: Staff member I worked with was able to answer my questions effectively.

There was address in email. There are no sign of Payless anywhere. No parking for drop off. My friend dropped me off and parked somewhere nearby and then I searched for 15min to find the payless- Looks like its operated inside HERTZ or so.

We were there for an hour and a half before we got our car and it was the 3rd car they got for us. The first car we had all our luggage in and they decided that car wasn't ready after we loaded it...the second car they brought to us wasn't big enough....it was a category or 2 lower than I paid for....finally we got a mini van that fit everything.....but we were there way to long.

Waited in line for check-in for over 30 minutes. Then I waited in the hot Dallas sun from 1:20 pm to past 2 pm for our rental car with my 4-month-old infant. Missed wedding events as a result and no compensation for any delays was offered.

The car itself was not terribly unclean, it smelled of cigarettes, that was the issue to me. It took $10 worth of febreeze, car fresheners and wipes to unstink it.

The staff was very helpful, honored online pricing, gave me options of color of 2 vehicles to rent, and helped to set up the vehicle how I needed it before I left from pick up. Drop was very quick, kind staff.

The vehicle was equipt to be able to take E85 gas but was not explained how to use it, however I didn't ask. I was informed it was safe to use regular gas too.

It was rough. They didn’t have my car ready and cleaned, so they had to take extra time to clean it. Secondly, they didn’t have a charger for me, so I had to use super chargers. Thirdly, the car broke down twice on the freeway. It was a pretty poor experience, and honestly, I don’t want to drive a Tesla ever again with Hertz

Telsas make terrible rental cars. They had issues at pickup that made it very long to get the car. There's no good way to get a hold of Hertz when there's an issue with the rental car and you have to travel all the way back to the location to talk to anyone.

I had to drive the first car I picked back right as I left because as I was leaving they found out it was needing some maintenance, the car they put me in to replace it was a gold car so I figured it would be nicer but the system felt outdated and there was slightly less room in the car. The drop off also felt lacking as I just left the keys in the car but never got a drop off confirmation or final receipt

It was very easy, the people were very polite . I did upgrade because the managers special was a smart car , and there is not enough room , and I did not feel safe driving that. I was really surprised you rent those. But I was really satisfied and it was only $15 for a 4 door Corolla

Upon arrival, the vehicle I had reserved wasn’t available. The substitute vehicle was backed into a guard rail by the Avis employees with damage to the rear bumper, but still on the line to rent. I was given a third vehicle to take that had no damage but kept chiming that “oil change required”. The windshield and mirrors were so dirty, you could hardly see out of them. Overall, I wasn’t impressed and likely will not use Avis in the future.

Rental site in love airport was closed, had to go to offsite location to go through rental process. Once finally at rental site, had to wait 2+ hours to get a rental car with less than clean window in the dark Skip avis at love field.

Drop off and pick up was easy. The guy brought the vehicle to us since it was the end of the day.

We booked a full size SUV but unfortunately they had to switch to a Van. We took the van but the van's seats were crooked. We drove half way and tried to switch the vehicles but anywhere we went they showed least interest in helping us.

The Shuttle Van was the 15 seat we needed and Little extra space. Good on Fuel as well.

The Insurance needed to cover the 15 Passenger Van was not enough to cover so i had to get additional Coverage$$$ Also there was a Safety issue with one of the seats did not have a belt buckle locking clip? Was missing so that had caused some discomfort to couple of passengers due to Sharp edges had caused some cuts and small lacerations on 3 passengers.
