The vehicle was perfect for our trips needs and was exactly as we could have hoped. However, the amount we were charged was more than double what we had reserved the vehicle for. Our confirmation 27887859US6 was for $432.87 but we were charged $895.52 upon returning the vehicle. We hope to have this resolved as quickly and easily as possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with a resolution. Thank you.

I loved the value that I got for the price of the rental (unbeatable price and a great clean car). The shuttle driver and the employee at the return site was professional. The employees at the checkout were patient and courteous (but I can tell they were tired). The trade off is that you do have to take two shuttles to get to the rental area (but I had a lot of time and planned ahead especially for the early morning return trip).

I paid $112 for the booking online from 9 am to 2 pm next day and went I went there they charged me another $190 ($40 were for gas) but other $150 I don’t understand how it accumulated. The staff are nice but the dealership itself seems to be a rip off. They should put their address also instead of ancient instructions, go there get on the bus, get off, walk get on another etc…

I am a local and was renting a car to go to Cali as we often do to save on wear and tear. The guy at the office was like did you read our policy and I said no and I asked what it was about and he said all locals need a utility bill to rent a car. WHAT? Never ever had I heard about this from the other companies and why would you hassle locals that are going to suggest you for rental to friends and family. I walked out because he gave attitude like he didn’t even want to be at his job! Be aware of this place.

We were told that there were no cars available even though we had a reservation. We were told our options were to return the next morning and hope a car was returned in the meantime or to find a vehicle from a different company, which we did successfully. When we attempted to get our deposit back, we were told that since we didn't call for a resolution at the desk that we wouldn't have our deposit returned. We are currently in the grievance process to reclaim the deposit.

Dollar never entered our reservation so we didn’t have a rental car available, and were unable to secure a vehicle from Dollar at all since they had no inventory. We were forced to use a competing rental company and spend a lot more money than we had anticipated.

The car was great but drop off was very confusing and is still ongoing five days after dropping off at the address given to drop off. I dropped off within ten hours but Avis is acknowledging it. Completely frustrating and unacceptable.

The car had an issue connecting to my Phone for GPS - was disconnecting every couple of minutes. Otherwise the checkin and checkout was a breeze and the car worked as expected. Drove almost 1500 miles over the course of a week without any problems.
