The worst. I took a $30 Uber to pick up the car only to find the location was closed. Then took a $40 Uber to the airport to another location that was suggested on the sign at the first location and they wouldn’t honor the reservation and quoted me a much higher rate. Walked across the hall to budget who promptly got me in a car that was cheaper and upgraded me for free. Hertz may want to learn a thing or two from the experience and my loss of money from Uber rides because of their issues.

We didn’t rent the car , they tried to force us to rent a car we didn’t agree too, then sent me to the airport for a compact car, and that was not a possible rental , the whole rental was a lie we were very disappointed with Hertz never again.

Great rental experience. My only wish is that the rental would have started with a full rather than a partial tank of gas. That made me stop on my trip sooner than I preferred.

Let people know the rental pick up is not at the airport and that this location in Las Vegas closes at 5:00 pm…we went to enterprise rental at airport were told at wrong place…had Uber to hotel and Uber to pick up car the next day….very inconvenient…

New Hyundai Elantra was beautiful. The problem was I got charged double! On arrival at the McCarron Car Rental Center on Gillespie St, which is where I thought ALL rentals come from (I've always been taken there by the car rental shuttle from the airport), the Budget guy says he can't find me in his computer. I give him my reservation printout and he says, oh your Budget reservation is for Sahara Ave Budget (???), then says no worries, I'll take good care of you. Presented me with a bill for more than double what I reserved for. Buyer beware! Budget will fleece you!

I flew into Vegas thinking my rental was at the airport. It wasn't. It was at a car dealers that was already closed. I had to rent a car at the airport that cost me twice as much. I really got screwed on this deal.

I honestly loved everything. Picking up the car was super easy and the woman who assisted us allowed us to change our drop off time. I absolutely LOVED how there's a drop box for keys if you want to drop the car off during after-hours. That made our schedule a lot easier since we had an early-morning flight. The car was clean, smelled good, and maintained well. I also loved how there was unlimited miles as long as you fill up the tank before drop off. 11/10 would recommend to anyone seeking to rent a car!

Need to mention on website that at Main Street Station location that the shuttle from airport does not take you to the car lot, that the rental office is in the casino, that you are not getting relatively newer vehicles (mine was 5 years old).

I was in town shopping for homes, I drove in with my business partner and he had the truck for the day. Took an uber over to pick up my reserved vehicle and they wouldn't let me rent without a credit card or proof of a flight. I had neither and they turned me down. Needless to say it was a major hassle.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Staff really nice and approachable.

booked hoping to get a Ford Mustang. Although I recognize It was advertised that it would be a Ford Mustang or another convertible we ended up with a mini which was still cool but kind of disappointing. Would have just booked a cheaper car if we had known we couldn't get the Ford Mustang.

When I arrived to the agency, they said that there's no car left. So I had no car for my road trip, and couldn't find one anywhere except in the TURO application for private vehicules. I really hope I get a refund.

So, the representative was really nice and hard working. There was a long line. Avetis over works this poor man. I waited more than 1 hour and he was working so hard to clean the cars, inspect the cars, help people pick up the vehicles, and help people drop off the vehicles. After waiting on In a line, they were no cars for me. How this works is that they except your reservation, and it is on the first base first come first serve basis

At completion of the rental, I received a pop-up stating I would be contacted when a vehicle became available. I never received any confirmation from them. My attempts to call were met with either a full voicemail or a redirect to the hotel. They left me a voicemail day of the rental to tell me that they go to lunch at noon so they need me to come before then. I had long made other arrangements by then. I will not be using them or this site for rental cars again.

Nothing at this location, which was at the Four Queens Casino.

After booking our car, we took a Lyft across Las Vegas, and upon arriving at the hotel to pick up a car, I get a call saying there are no cars left. How was I able to reserve one then, just 45 minutes ago? Beyond that, the girl working the Avis desk was pretty dismissive about the situation, and offered no solutions. Customer service is not A wise career choice for her. We had to call all over town looking for a rental company with a one-way rental car (we had a cancelled flight and needed to drive back to Oregon asap). After several calls and searching various companies, we end up finding a car... WITH AVIS! How could the Avis worker we just spoke to not look that up? So, back into another Lyft to take us basically to the part of the strip that we had just come from! We spent about $40.00 on just taking Lyft in a circle. The Monte Carlo Avis staff was great and upgraded us for free, but that will be for separate review, as we had to make a separate reservation for that car.
