Great staff and they worked with me regarding a breakdown problem.

Car broke down on highway at 50 miles. Difficult to get hertz to call back and bring a replacement car. It took 3 hours to get the replacement car. Hertz however gave me a 50% refund for the inconvenience.

Hertz was entirely without fault. Very polite, prepared and accommodating. Kayak did not clearly display that the 33% additional taxes, so my reasonable rate became EXPENSIVE. Too much SMALL PRINT, HIDDEN IN THE DETAILS, NOT CLEARLY STATED that YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A LOT MORE.

Staff was very friendly. Car was in great condition and clean.

I had a late night flight and the had to walk a ways into the poorly lit parking lot to get my rental car once it was rented. Maybe have the cars moved closer to the terminal especially for late night arrivals.

Car was clean. Pickup and drop off was very easy.

The car had either a previous smoker or whoever cleaned up the car was a heavy smoker. Smell was bad enough to irratate my daughter's throat. As we had to sign that we would not smoke in the car, I didn't appreciate that the smell already smelled like smoke. Otherwise, the car ran good. Pickup and drop off were easy. It handled the icy parking lots/roads good.

Quick and easy. No one goes to the vehicle with you to chk it out they give you an outline of a vehicle with marks on it for damage and tell you to chk it out and bring it to their attention if there's more as well as is it dirty and make sure the tanks full. On return again no one checks out the vehicle and I was asked what the ending mileage was, I had to go get it.

The staff in Great Falls on 10th Ave are great... the cars not so much.

First, let me say the staff were great. The problem was the car. The key would not open it. Enterprise has no available staff to answer calls on Sunday.When finally opened, the car would not start. Had to use Uber A LOT. But they gave to 2 days credit and another car.

It appears easy IF you do not really want to get a car.

They had no record of the reservation and no cars available. I was forced to scramble for a last minute reservation from anyone who had a car and pay a higher price. PLUS, this took about an hour extra putting my whole schedule off.

I had confirmed reservations at a specific time. Was told I would have to what several hours for a vehicle as they had none of my confirmed reservations vehicles. I asked for any vehicle and was told there were no others. The customer service at the counter was horrid. The manager seemed to be the only one doing anything to help customers at the counter. A confirmed reservation should mean the vehicle is there and ready. We waited 1.5hrs attempting to find another option.🤬😭

I'm 6'3" tall so I reserved a "full size" car. I got a Kia Optima, which Avis calls "full size" but car publications call "mid-size". (I've only had trucks for decades so I don't know cars.) My head hit the roof, and my eyes were higher than the rear-view mirror so I couldn't see out the entire right half of the windshield. I had to recline the seat back so I could see. Then I had to move the seat forward until my knees hit the dashboard. Not very comfortable but it worked. Beware of what the rental companies advertise as (and charge for) "full size" cars.
