When I arrived in Gulfport and went to the counter to get my car, the person said that not only did, they have no record of my rental (despite me showing a copy of my confirmation number and email).but they also did not have any cars available to rent me. Luckily, William Skipper at Hertz/Dollar right next door came to my rescue and offered me not only a car, but at a comparable rate. The level of indifference and lack of empathy, or willingness to find a solution by the rep at Enterprise was unacceptable. I also tried calling the help phone number listed ib my email and of course got no response to my problem, I will not book through this process again, and will discourage folks that I know to follow suit.
