Loved our mini van. Lady at counter sweet. Men at drop off very nice. The only negative is that we had to wait 1.5 hrs after a tired 10:00 pm flight in a line! Only one lady working the Budget/Avis/Payless counter! They need a kiosk in Jackson cuz others complained this has happened before.

Had reservation for pickup at 8pm. Got there 10 minutes after 8pm to find out they closed at 8pm. Poor communication and should not allow for reservation to be scheduled at closing time.

I got upgraded to a higher level of a cqrl than what I had signed up for, for the same price. I was also offered Sirius FM as a bonus and it was a joy to list to some of its radio stations. The car was clean and very comfortable. Overall the experience was excellent.

You have to go inside the airport terminal to the counter because no one staffs the location in the parking garage. Other than that, it was a typical rental.

I had a reservation for 9pm pickup. My flight arrived at 9:30pm and there was no one at the Budget counter. I was stranded at the airport with my 91-year old father. Thank goodness for Uber!

This rental was not for a car at the airport. It was off airport a good distance away, so I canceled the reservation. Kayak advertised that this rental was on Airport. This is a problem with your website.

When I arrived in Jackson there was no rental car for me even though I presented them with reservation, insurance and payments. I then found an email that said I had a rental in Brandon, Ms where I called and was told they did not have a car for me. After an hour the Enterprise rep in Brandon was able to get me a car, not the one I got through Kayak, pay again and take an Uber from the airport to the facility 14 miles away to pick up the car. Bad experience. I was late to my meeting.

The staff was awesome. Raechel but I think she used Rae was outstanding. She provided outstanding customer service.

I was charged a lot of fees in the back end and the costs was over $100 more than quoted on Kayak

I arrived at 9am for car pickup. Line was 30+ people long due to major understaffing. Took at least 45 minutes to get up to the counter. Then was told that it would be a longer wait as they didn’t have cars ready to go again due to major understaffing of people preparing vehicles for rental. It was at least another 45 minutes to wait for a vehicle. The timeframe I lost should have been subtracted from my cost! Please make an adjustment for this and credit me money back. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.

I got charged more than double from what I was told. The car was dirty and smelled terrible. I got the car to take my grandmother out for he 90th birthday and she was disappointed to have to put up with the smell.

The Thrifty desk was closed. We had to go to the Hertz desk. No cars were available. After about an hour we were given a full size car although we had specifically reserved an SUV. The car was far from new. The winshield wipers were very old and did not clean the windshield. The low air pressure light was on despite several atempts to fill the tires. The light was on saying it neededd survice. The price was outrageous. Almost $200 a day by the time we finished.

The car was listed as free cancellation. That was a lie. The reservation was made for the wrong day. I couldn’t speak to an actual human. It was the only car counter unmanned at the airport. They essentially stole $500.

Though I made my car reservation months in advance, they did not have a car available when I arrived. It was an hour and a half after I arrived at the Thrifty rental counter before I got a car. The only reason I got a car that soon was that I accepted a smaller car than I had reserved. The person at the counter was friendly but was not honest with me. At first I was told it would take a few minutes to bring my car up from the back lot. Then my car was not being brought up because there were 4 other customers ahead of me also waiting on cars to be brought up. Then finally she admitted that they did not have any cars of the size I had reserved but did have a smaller one if I wanted it.
