The reason for my poor review was the car pick up experience from Loren. Most unpleasant person ever. If you view Yelp, you'll see only 1 star reviews for this location. I asked simple questions which seemed to upset him more and more. I am doing a favor for this business and it wasn't supposed to cost me anything. The business reserved the car on the business card. He would not accept or really even answer about how businesses do it. I honestly didn't have the money to put it on my credit card nor debit card. And the business wanted to be able to document this as a business expense on the business credit card, not have to transfer money from a personal account to pay for this transaction. Avis obviously has bad policies for dealing with business or just Loren's personal preference, because he flat out refused any card that didn't have my name on it, including the card it was reserved on. The form to sign says you can ask to see pictures. I said I wanted to see the car first and he said "we did that already" then I asked. Can I see what you remarked. "He told me no". I said "it says right here I can see them if I ask". He said "it's over 70 MB". And I got sick and tired of trying to ask simple questions and having him lie, be pushy, not answer, or have an attitude. He was just HORRIBLE to have to communicate with on the check out process. I just signed the agreement against my will at that point and went on to find my car. Which was in the wrong spot listed on the sheet they gave me but no way in hell was I going back to ask where the car was after dealing with Loren who acted so awful previously. Customer service was beyond terrible! I asked him "are you having a bad day?" He said "No I'm just ensuring procedures are done properly". And I said "well not very kindly". Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Replace him with someone nice who wants this job! Loren is the worst!
