Everyone at Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Emily Dr. In Clarksburg,WV were all excellent!! Enterprise should be extremely proud of their employees at this office!! They go above and beyond to help the customer!!!! I rented an SUV on 7/11/23 and returned it on 7/18/23. They three people working on the 11th were very kind and very professional!! When I returned the car on 7/18/23, I dealt with a young lady, I can’t remember her name, but she was the only person there when I went in; the power to the front part of the building was off and there were 4 people who came in after me and she handled herself like a pro!! She was very professional and didn’t get excited in the least that four people came in behind me. She checked my rental vehicle in and I told her she could email my receipt to my ‘email address. She made sure she had the accurate email. I was going out the door and she was greeting the next customer!!! Great customer service 💯

Pick up location for Clarksburg West Virginia could be better. I drove past enterprise rental to get to the airport which informed me I had to turn around and go back where I just passed to get the rental car other than that perfect all the way couldn't ask for better

My car was not ready. I was supposed to pick up at noon and they told me it would not be there until 5 PM. I was leaving to go out of town so I had to choose between two vehicles they had on the lot. I reserved a midsize SUV and ended up with a compact SUV. I could not even fit a full-size suitcase in the trunk of the car I had to put one of the backseats down to fit our suitcases. Thank goodnessI only had three people going on the trip or we would not have fit in the car with the seat down. The car was dirty windshield wipers didn’t work well and the lights were terrible in the dark.

Hertz does not give the customer an option for reaching a human being by phone. My drop off location was Saberton WV. The hours posted online were till 5pm (Wed). From noon Wednesday, I had no option to reach a person (customer service) to ask a question regarding drop off. When I called the online 800# and the number on the business card provide, the outgoing recording looped around for extending the rental and provided no option for a live human. I arrived at the drop off at 3:45. The location was locked up with no key drop box option. I left the car with the key in it. I have no way to contact this office, because of the way the phone line works.

Terrible service. Had a car booked online and they called a few hours later to say they had nothing available and would call me as soon as they did. I never heard back from them.

When I returned the car the office was closed. Most car rental places don't charge you for dropping off after hours if it is still within the 24 hour period but they charged me an extra day because of it. Will never use them again.
