It was a 1 man staff and he was busy but he was fine. We changed the return date and that was handled very easily.

He was all by himself so we had to wait a little while but he did all he could to get it done .

The staff was confusing, rude, added extra charges to rental, had to drive back to naples to figure out why because the local office wouldn't answer the phone and the national office has no customer service on weekends. Chevy spark was not a great car, but was economy priced. Beyond that, the brakes were a little weird

Better communication about add-ons. Hertz offering weekend customer service. Getting my permission to add charges on.

3rd party bookers (like Kayak) are not completely integrated with inventory on the ground held by the rental car companies. This was a problem for me (and others in line at the counter). I appreciate the referral on a consolidated search, but to avoid problems, I'd much rather book the reservation directly through the rental car company.

i liked the friendly staff helped me get the rental car right away

it would have been better if they gave me a car with good gas mileage. a V6 chevy impala is not good on gas mileage when traveling 4-5hours back and forth in a weekend

Drop off was great> The agent was very helpful he corrected a mistake the agent made when I picked the car up. I will use Alamo in the future because of how help David was in Chattanooga.

Clerk was helpful and said I could use the gps at no additional cost. I was under the impression that gps was on this vehicle. It was not. Clerk gave me a phone number to get them at the counter with press 2 and than press 3. Was not a good number.

The staff was incredibly rude and degrading. Even though the rental car was reserved and pre-paid, not only was the car not available, but the manager began asking me very nasty questions about my name, and implied that my driver license was not mine, and made other rude and offensive remarks. The manager wasted my time for 30 minutes, and then did not provide a vehicle. I was very shocked and disturbed by the rude and offensive attitude at HERTZ / DOLLAR. I went to ENTERPRICE RENTAL-CAR and got a car in five minutes there, and I was treated nicely at ENTERPRISE.

They need to hire a new staff and train them on customer service. The manager at this location was the crudest person working there, so I think they need a complete overhaul.

The person that was at the front desk was not friendly at all. I told him I was there to pick up a rental car since my car broke down. I had made a reservation 2 hours prior. He told me I’d have to wait while he took care of other people behind me first since he didn’t see my reservation. I told him I made it two hours prior and was told there was one available. He said he didn’t know why it said that since they were running low on cars. I asked how long it would be and that I had made the reservation two hours prior. He then grumbled about it and gave me a car with no instructions and proceeded to help the next customer. I would not recommend this place at all. Bad customer service. If he hates his job he should find another.

When we arrived at the Thrifty counter to pick up the car we were told that they didn't have our reservation in their system and that they were sold out for the day. We need to wait over an hour for another car to arrive that we could rent on a day when time was of the essence.

The car was ready on time. Check in was quick.

It was pouring with rain. The clerk was ok but didn't do anything extra. I circled back to double check where the car was parked and was given the same vague instructions. Not once did she mention that Thrifty has no signs in the lot. I was soaked by the time I hit the panic button and found my vehicle. Returning the car, I didn't refill it. I was charged $10/gallon! That was not mentioned at check in. It doubled the price of my rental. Really unacceptable.
