Cheap Car Rentals in Bercy, Paris from AED 127/day

I reserved a standard and was given a minivan, which is substantially harder to manage on tiny French alleys and streets. On returning the car the passcode for the garage did not work, there were no attendants at the lot, and the only remaining spaces were so small I needed to exit through the back.

Lyon staff provided same drop-off address in Paris as Budget website. In Paris, we brought the care to the drop-off address, staff yelled at us for not dropping off across the street from that address, told us we could not complete closing the reservation and they would get around to it after helping everyone else. Rude staff. Poor signage for location. Poor communication all around. Still haven't received any final information about our completed contract.

the car was noisy and not fuel efficient. The staff was unwelcoming starting from the moment they realized I had booked from a broker in the US and was paying less than then French rentals. They took revenge by upselling me some insurance. I was not against it, but numbers really did not add up. It was not only more expensive, but also the EUR - USD fx rate did not make sense. I ended up paying double the amount I had initially booked. Also, there was a railway station tax which I also found out about, and when I challenged them again on this, they had no response other than a threat: "you know, we should cancel your booking because you are not a US resident but you booked through a US site". very nice...last but not least, I had to beg them to show me the car and bring me to it for a review. Initially, they did not want to come out of their cosy office. none in the office was very interested or concerned about me, and I was the only client...

when I returned the car 2 hours late, I argued and waiting for about an hour so they could 'not' charge me an extra day. that was nice.

Renting a car is such a pain, scam, and sadly sucks away the excitement of a short break before you even set off. I booked four days car rental for $230 knowing I would get stung for some insurance. Then I ended up getting a smaller car, waiting 2 hours for it, being charged extra because they didn't have my car, paying surcharges.. dropping off the car with a final bill of around $550 conveniently charged to my credit card, I walked out of Avis/Budget counter feeling pretty sore. Onur ps. i didn't even opt for the $40 a day full insurance

Unlimited mileage

Customer service is horrendous!! Spent 2 days on the phone and they just transfer you around departments until they say there is nothing they can do. Made incorrect invoices but no one had the authority to correct the invoices! Horrible service and company.

Hertz was very efficient in checking out and checking in. Both of the Hertz Employees that checked us in and out spokenEnglish very well which was nice since we don’t know French.

We cannot take the car because Hertz said that the crédit card did not has name, in my reservation only said that we needed only the card the ones did to reserve the car, never especified, i ll tried to contact somebody to helped us in kayac or in Hertz maybe to cancel the reservation and tried to refound part of the Money or got another option yo travel. I Lost the Money, i had to cancel all My plans of travel to Caen France. i am very upset with this situation. It was very important to go to Caen and it was impossible

Our problem Was the connection with kayak and hertz. Hertz tol is kayak rented us a premium car which we had proof we requested standard and because of that it was all we could get and then we couldn’t rent it because we didn’t have a gold card. They also told us kayak had charged us already which i will check when I am home. There’s a real disconnect between hertz and kayak. The hertz person said they have many problems

They did not let me rent the car. Despite I had a credit card, my dirver licence and my pasport were valid. The image of kayak was not correct at all with the car, the kayak image was 3m interior space for the transporter, the actual was just 1.4m

Renter beware: there is no up-front warrning about the cost of insurance, and the agents give a high-pressure sales pitch at pick-up, attempting to pressure the customer into taking a package that doubles the cost of the rental. Otherwise, everything was fine!

The car itself was fine. It was just what we needed and the value was very good.

The office was difficult to find. The website says its at the train station but once in the station, there are very few signs to direct you to the office. Also, the representative forgot to give us a ticket to get out of the garage so we left with the car and couldn't get out so my husband had to go back to the office and get the ticket.

We were given an upgrade on our reservation, so we used a fantastically comfortable car. The gas mileage was super, but the really great thing was the friendly, helpful, nice staff. Check in and return were easy and again, EVERYONE WAS SO NICE! Thank you Enterprise France.

I can't think of how this rental could have been better.
