Cheap Car Hire in Magenta Station, Paris from AED 32

T he car that gave to me was broken . I had a dangerous with my family. I call severel time gare de est paris offiice ı sent a mail . THEY REPLY MY MAİL AS A ‘’ WE WILL FİX lT lN A FEW DAYS !!!!!!!! After 50 times calling try ,ı spoke with one guy from absurd hertz he said to me bring the car to airport. I took the car to airport. They change the car but they / no upgrad firstly they CHARGE from me gasoline!!!!! They loose my tlne my money and they shamelessly asking me for money . You wasted my half day and you wanted money deom for this. İ REGRET TO HİRE A CAR FROM HERTZ . İ r REGRET . REGRET . REGRET…. *The staff in paris gare de est was bad. Because they was knowing the car has a proplem. NEVER ABSURD HERTZ AGAİN NEVER …

Both gentlemen at the rental counter at Gare du Nord and return counter at Charles de Gaulle were super helpful and friendly. We had missed our pick up the night before due to unforeseen circumstances. Even so, the gentleman the next morning was very accommodating and made sure we still had a great car for our day trip to Brussels. We realized on the way back to Paris that it would be easier/faster to return the car to CDG, even though we had rented under "return to original office" and after several frustrating conversations with the people at Hertz of France customer service we were able to get in touch with the Hertz CDG team and get the information we were looking for. So, in review: The counter staff at both Gare Du Nord, and CDG were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience great. The customer service staff at the main branch of Hertz sucked big time.
