I had a nice experience with i think Jennifer at the Pueblo location

Returned car to Denver turning in was fast but NO SHUTTLE for 1/2 hour...we nearly missed our flight...50 prople waiting w luggage, so glad they had a big bus but shuttle service terrible

No instructions left for drop off, when office is closed. Budget office hidden inside Sears. Not made obvious. Very time consuming with uncertainty in knowing what to do in dropping off car when office is closed.

So from the moment we went in to get the car to dropping it off, it was a wonderful experience. The lady that helped us was great. We rented a beautiful mustang convertible. It was very clean, heck it was new! Very low miles and ran like a dream. We were only gone a few days but loved every moment of it. She took the time to show us all about the car. Really a great experience. Can't wait to go again!

Very clean car .

The car I rented had a screw in the front tire I found on inspection. It took them almost an hour to bring me my replacement ( they kept saying “ we’re understaffed) . The car rental cost more than my airline ticket. I rent cars frequently for work and I’ve never been charged more for a rental. Would NOT recommend.

I like the agent's speed at pickup. I'm disappointed my vehicle was not available. The pickup location was wrong. Time was wasted. Nobody was present for drop-off. I went inside and sign said closing at 1pm but nobody was there at 12:45pm, already closed. I don't like the extra $100 charge that just showed up on my credit card. Now I have a hassle to find out why. This who rental has been a disaster.

The car was as expected clean and three quarters tank of gas

The extortion at the last minute was charged extra for keeping it 24 hours what's up with that who's ever heard of a 10 hour or 12 hour rental give me a break read the fine print apparently I booked a nine hour rental I've never heard of such a thing when I brought it back after 23 hours and 55 minutes I was told I was late and there was a late charge totally bogus dude signed dick hertz
