Have employees check things like wiper fluid. We had no wiper fluid in our car the whole trip and it made it very annoying driving with bugs stuck on your windshield and having to stop every so often to wipe it. Other than this, everything was great.

The base rental price was cheap and staff was friendly enough (at the National desk, there is no dedicated Enterprise desk.)

Fear tactics used to try and sell all manner of additional insurance, as well as guess how much fuel you'll use and prepay for more than this. The Nissan Sentra was junky compared to similar Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda cars. Apple Carplay was super flaky, even tested with multiple phones and cables.

Hertz failed to hold our reserved vehicle, forcing us to shift from full-size to compact equipment. We were flying from Florida which was in the midst of recovery from hurricane Irma. In addition, we experienced delays in Ohare, unable to notify Hertz. I worked for IBM for 33 years, rented Hertz vehicles dozens of times, and will NEVER rent from Hertz again!

The first car we were assigned should have been taken out of rotation due to the very strong smoky odor. The Rep quickly apologized and swapped it with a more appropriate vehicle.

Patrick in Rochester was perfect Customer Service Rep. He was very gracious & patient. As the vehicle was parked in a difficult to describe location, he walked me there & made sure I felt comfortable w/the vehicle given it was very different than what I’m used to driving.

It iwas exceedingly difficult to find a rental car in MN. I had to bus to Rochester to get a car!!

Pickup and dropoff were easy, the car was clean and well maintained.

When I picked up the car, the agent didn't mention their "EZ Fill" fee to me, so I thought it was optional - turns out it's not. If the car is driven fewer than 75 miles, and you are gracious enough to fill up the tank but don't keep the receipt, you get hit with a $13 fee. That's pretty shady.

Check your cars before give it to customers( technical issues) I want to charge my Garmin but the lighter charge not working...and there is some warning light was there.....
