The agent in Salisbury was very friendly and helpful.

The car did not have cruise control. The agent in Syracuse needs better Customer Service skills. I called in Saturday morning, and got left on hold for 10 mins 3 times. O I called back and she asked if she could put me on hold, I said no and she said she was helping a customer. I was a customer.

I tried renting a car in Maryland, through kayak. I researched it and called the customer service number (Avis) listed on Kayak's sight. The rep told me there were cars available and I could register and pay through Kayak. I did just that. 20 minutes later, a different representative (at the avis rental location) called me to say that there are no cars available at that location. Then had to cancel mypayments. Terrible experience

The car rotors are warped and the front passenger side wheel has been curbed. The car shimmies at 45 mph. I recognize this because I did it to my car when I was young.

No smoking car smelled like a nasty ashtray that had not been emptied for months and closed in a hot car. Had to drive a to drive 2 hour round trip to return the car for another dirty car without any windshield washer fluid in it. But counter person was polite.

I was offered a suburban to hold 8 instead of a van! Theh ease of switching vehicle size without a penalty

that the suburban wasn't available to me earlier as an option when changing vehicle size on the phone

Everything was nice and turned out to be 100 percent correct . Only complaint which is minor is I put to drop car at a different time then what enterprise had on receipt so we did get charged 1 extra day . Again no big deal I would still recommend you .
