The only thing that was a con was the vehicle had been smoked in. We stopped and bought some vent air fresheners to help and all was good. Everything else was top notch.

It's unclear that when you pay online, your reservation cannot be changed to return or pick it up on a different day. Thankfully you can upgrade. The 1st car only had 1/2 tank. The upgraded car was full.

Ease of pickup and availability. Corolla was clean and easy to operate.

‘Maintenance Required’ indicator appeared the third day we had the car. Returned the car on Sunday and was surprised office was closed. This was not explained to me and assumed I was to drop the keys off into the Express Drop Off box.

The people in the road side assistance are wanderful.

I rented an economy car, they gave compact one. It had an issue with alignment. And they replace it for me, the gave me a car without remote control or croess control. I didn’t really think they make such cars :( The lady took more money for the rental even thought I paid everything online. Her excuse was, I didn’t pay all taxes. How is that even possible?? The transaction clearly shows I paid taxes and I should her the email. But it didn’t change anything. I am actually considering canceling all my future reservation with them. It’s not worth it.

They changed the car when the original car was having very very stained seats.

1. The original car had all seats very very stained. How can they think of offering such a car. 2. The new car was good from inside but exterior was full of scratches all around the car and lots of chips went off the front of the car.

Car was clean and pickup was easy.

Car did not have an owners manual and took a considerable amount of time to figure out all the buttons, dials and displays. Returned the car two days early but could not get a refund directly from AVIS they told me to go to the booking company but no clue where to even start that process.

They went above and beyond. We dropped the van off 20 minutes before they closed. We left and we realized about 2 minutes until your office closed that my granddaughter forgot her wallet, we called and Chris checked the vehicle and called us back and said it was there and waited until we got back there so we could pick her wallet up, I was dropping her off at the train station and she needed her ID. Thank you very much!!

Nobody was working the budget counter at the airport the night before my reservation… I drove there and received no help. I just wanted to make sure my one way car rental in the morning was all in order. I arrived at 8am when my reservation was booked for and nobody was there. Airport employees said “they might be in around 9…or 10…”. That was unacceptable. I had to make other arrangements, which concluded with me having to pay a $50 fee to hertz to cancel a one-way car rental home. Pick up was a bit of a hassle since there was only one employee and he was out servicing a car during our pickup time. We had to wait about 30 mins for him to come back to the desk. The car we rented was nice but it was dirty and filled with animal hair. I am allergic so I had a reaction in the car. I notified the drop of agent but they were in a hurry. Pricing was fair but due to the animal fur and cleanliness of the car I was disappointed with the rental.

I booked with the flight times and when I would pick up the car. The time listed was 5 pm which is when the counter was closing. I arrived early only to find they close at 4 and I could not get the car I paid for. I was extremely lucky to find a car at another company as it was the last at that location not booked. I had to pay a high fee to get that and so far have not been refunded the car I booked here. Never will use this service again!

The Budget rental counter is not open at BMI. You are directed to Avis rental and the counter service there didn’t open for fifteen minutes.

We reserved a premium suv a week in advance for a family trip to Colorado (4 adults and 2 teens). I called mid-week to make sure they would have one on friday, he assured me they would. Arrived there as planned to pick it up and they did not have a premium suv. Tgey offered the 12 person cargo van, but we couldnt see it being comfortable for a 16 hour trip and we couldn't fold down the back seats to slide our numerous pieces of luggage in. It ruined our vacation.
