Drop-off and pick up is easy. Car was good, nothing wrong with it.
Car wasn't as clean as the first time I rented, which was back in January of this year (2021). Booked a Camry but somehow the staff told me that the make/model was not guaranteed, so I was given an Altima. The deposit got bumped up $100 for debit card users, did not know that. First time renting here was amazing, the second time is only half as good of an experience because the first time I got a personal touch form Enterprise by receiving text message from a customer staff asking if I had any questions regarding my rental, and that lady was super helpful answering all my concerns. I did not get any customer support text second time, so that was kind of sad.
