I had a very poor experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. When I got there they said they did not have a car for me and they would not have one for me until the next day after 2 pm. I needed the car early on Fri morning to travel to Arkansas for my sister's funeral on Sat the 9. It takes about 15 hours to travel from my home in PA to Arkansas. I would not have made it to my sister's funeral on Sat. If I had waited until Fri the 8. So we had to take my daughters car to Ohio to pick up my other daughter and then travel to Arkansas. So if anyone ask me for a recommendation for a rent a car I would not recommend Enterprise. So you have my a pension on Enterprise.

Staff was helpful.

Day of return only one staff member on duty and she was busy cleaning a returned car. Once she waited on me she was extremely helpful and professional. I did not get her name but, I would like to compliment her for help.

Nothing. They called the morning of my rental and told me there was no car for me and basically, too bad for me.

They could have had a car on the lot for me instead of calling 30 minutes before I was set to pick the car up to inform me there was no car and there would not be a car at any point.

Pickup and dropoff were great. We got a free upgrade on car type because they didn't have the smaller car we wanted, which was awesome. The people working there absolutely went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the quality service!

Fair warning--there is a $200 deposit that Kayak doesn't tell you about, so be prepared for that. Also, if you pay by debit card, they have to run a soft-credit check before you can be approved. Trust me when I say this, if I can get approved, anyone can :-)
