I received my car on time and it was an easy registration. I enjoyed driving the Toyota Rave and felt safe and comfortable in it. I would recommend a short introduction of where the gasoline latch is located as well as how the brakes work. Yes, I was challenged by both. Thank you for the opportunity to rent a vehicle with Enterprise while visiting Rexbug, Idaho and touring Wyoming.

Quick friendly service. Got a good clean vehicle. Only negative is that this is an off-airport location with no pick-up or return service to the airport. Upon returning the vehicle on a Sunday and having to get to the airport, found only one taxi or ride service available and risked missing my flight.

They booked me for a car in downtown Idaho Falls, NOT at the Idaho Falls Airport. The downtown office was CLOSED at the time my flight arrived, so I had to rent from another agency at the airport. The only car available from them was at 3x the price!

The pick up experience was quick and easy. The car that I received wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. There was dirt and mud on the floors. The dash board made a very loud rattling noise. I tried to call enterprise the next day to ask for a different vehicle, as I was about to drifted 4 hours to another city, but they were only open 0900-1200. Overall, this was a very mediocre experience and I don’t think I’ll book with enterprise again.

The cruise control and collision avoidance systems did not work and were constantly flashing "saying take to dealer immediately" when Alamo was told about this they just blew it off !!

The minivan I reserved wasn't available, so they put us in a giant SUV. It ended up costing us 150 more in gas for our trip, so the upgrade wasn't an upgrade at all.

I had only made the reservation for my car late the night before. It was ready at 7 AM for me to pick up. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. I delivered the car at the end of the day to another location. The employee there was ready to receive the car with no hangups. It was all a very pleasant experience.

The young woman at Idaho Falls gave us a Durango for two people. She said that she did not have the suv we requested. The Durango wouldn't lock so we had to take time out of our first day of vacation to drive to W. Yellowstone to exchange it for a smaller vehicle which had not been cleaned!!!

If someone orders a specific type of vehicle it should be available at pickup not told to drive an enormous car they don't want. I ordered the car 2 weeks in advance so it shouldn't be difficult to have it available and clean.
