I had forgotten that I had spoke w/someone concerning the hours you operate on Saturdays. Brunswick, Georgia. We (my sister and I) Waited. I was alittle antsy because this is MY first time Renting a Car. I was Nervous and Seriously Excited to go on Vacation ..due to my Birthday being June 20th. I WAS READY TO GO !!! The staff that I encountered June 19th, 2021 .. was pleasant and professional.

Nothing that comes to my mind. Again .. this was my First Experience of Renting A Car. Would I Rent From You Again ? Yes I Would. Thank You.

Firstly, for some reason I got a rental that I had to pay for the mileage instead of all inclusive. Secondly, there was nothing they could do about that. Thirdly, the car was too low to the ground for a woman in her 60’s and they wouldn’t give me a different car. The woman at the counter was not very friendly nor sympathetic. All-in-all, not a very good experience.

Avis - Use Caution Well, booked online through a 3rd party and when I arrived at the Brunswick, GA, airport, the representative told me there was a possibility I would not have a car. I’m not sure if I was “lucky” or just took a chance. She gave me what she had and it was not a good ride. The SUV pulled to the right and the steering was horrible. I called the counter within 5 minutes to learn Avis had no other cars. The representative told me several times that the office closed at 5:30 not one time did she tell me to return the vehicle before 3:00 pm. Returned the car at 5:30 and was charged an extra day. I believe her intentions on telling me to return before they closed at 5:30 and not my return time of 3:00 was to confuse me so they could enjoy the extra day. Also we could not locate the latch/button for the gas, charged over $80 to fill up. Here you go, keep the extra day rate and the over $80 for gas. We will never rent from Avis again. May God richly bless all at Avis.

Very quick, courteous, efficient service. I had my car rented before the baggage came out on the baggage claim across from the car rental area. Very convenient process.

This isn't Avis. It is a company that uses Avis' name and I was unable to change a reservation because their lazy asses were closed all weekend. I called Avis for customer service and they had no record of the rental. BECAUSE this isn't AVIS. This is fraud and I will never use Kayak or that rental service again.
