Cheap Car Rentals in Northland, Kansas City

The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.

Waiting in the store was a little frustrating.

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. ..

One of the least stressful car rentals I’ve ever had.

Excellent customer service. Approached the front desk on a Friday around noon and left with my vehicle in less than 20 minutes. They've really streamlined the process. Would use again and recommend to others.

Quick and easy pick up and drop off. very friendly and professional staff. Car was clean and reliable and had everything we were looking for.

Clerk at the front desk mocked me for politely asking not to use their insurance or roadside. Employee outside mentioned it would be "easier" if I took another car in a different space than what was assigned to me. I asked him if I needed to switch or if it was his opinion that I pick a different model and he said go ahead and use that car. The address from the drop off was no where to be found on any documents. It was "St Louis Box Trucks" which also did not appear on Google maps. Had to call their customer service and wait to get an address. Terrible experience.

Quick and easy service from pickup to dropoff. Clean car without any operational issues.

Car was not clean inside and out when I picked it up. Windshield had lots of dirt. Inside of car still had trash in it from the previous user.

Car was not ready when I arrived. They had to clean cars as they were rented and customers had to wait for rentals. Agent was very friendly and helpful, which was a plus. It was out of her control.

The guy at the desk seen me waiting and waiting in line I'm still waiting for him to look my way so I can go to the counter and when the guy seen what I was renting the mustang, them he tells me that my credit card isn't acceptable to rent one there cars. 5 years I have not ever been denied to rent with my credit card. RACIST? Quite as kept I bet anyone of yall I have rented more cars then he sit behind that desk selling cars. RACIEST?

Called emergency road side to assist. No one came and couldn’t get a hold of dispatch. Never received text confirming someone was coming after operator said to expect one. After 2 hours called highway patrol and they came to help. It was 10 degrees out. Made it home and never received anything from Budget. No text, no follow up, left for dead. Luckily I was able to use other resources but imagine if I didn’t…

Armada did not provide enough cargo space and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Easy pick up and return, and especially friendly staff interactions during pick up.

If you get a 15 passenger Ford Van from Enterprise, you may want to have a step stool. Anyone who has slight mobility issues, will find entry/exit to the van a bit of a challenge without the extra step. No "running boards" on the van.

They did not have the class of car available that I booked and I was offered a class of car down (not up) for the same price!!! Bad customer service.
