They charged me for a missing tool in the spare tire what of course wasn’t ever there. I checked damage to the car before renting not tools and etc. I just trusted the person who gave the car. The trunk was never opened
Roof Rack is breaking in piece while driving. Rear side panel pops out because not properly installed. Plastic trim in vehicle breaking. Lots of noises in vehicle. National needs to perform complete inspection before car is rented and validate that is safe to rent.
We arrived ~30 minutes late and the desk had . given our car away and they had nothing left!

The reservation did not came up in their system, even when I was able to find it on the Alamo web portal. Only after calling their corporate service center they activated the reservation. Then the clerk told me at least 1 hour for bringing a car from another location. Really slow nasty process.
Nothing really. Friendliness of the guy at the counter? Maybe?
I reserved a “Ford Taurus or similar” and instead when I got there what they had was a VW Jetta. And yep, for the same price as the premium category. Had to cancel my reservation and get a new one at a lower category.
