The system said $1.50 for the day, that was not true. The car was not full: within two blocks, the first line was down. There were no manual transmissions available...

2 hours for geting the contract that they made us pay at the end for a ridiculous value, while it was the most expensive car i have rent in my life (much more expensive in Mexico that Europe which is curious), we felt they were not serious in their client relations when they asked 20 usd and took me an hour to give the car back, they were nice at the agency but their system is appoarently responsible there was no way for them to take into account that we rent the car for almost 1000usd for 6 days, and made us pay 2 hours more wherease we took the car at 12 on departure day instead of 10 am ( because of all the discussions about insurances, additional driver, checkin forms etc)

They wanted me to pay a high deposit fee of more than $3000.00 dollars otherwise Ineeded to get different rental rate. They wasted my time and they only gave me a hard time!!!

Even with a confirmation number, the agent said they had no car for me. What's the point of making a reservation if it doesn't actually reserve anything?

They make you buy their insurance even if you have other insurance. If you don't take their insurance you can't rent the car. The price for the car$1/day but the insurance is $250-350 a week. Plus they will put a hold on your credit card for $2500. Stay away from this place. It is a super shady business with rude employees.
