Cheap Car Hire in W 4th St/ N Euclid Ave, Ontario from AED 18

My trip was cancelled, and they wouldn’t refund my money.

Pick up was easy as all rental buses go to the same off airport building. Rental counter staff did not try to push extras, except for toll package as all tolls in Chicago area require IPASS per counter staff member…..this was not exactly true as you can pay on line within 14 days per toll signs. So we paid an extra $30. To FOX and only went thru 2 toll booths which would have cost a total of $2.00 vs her charging us $30…….that was our only complaint. Return was easy with nice staff.

I felt like i had absolutely no help . I understand you need a credit card to get a car but most people don’t have one and it was a complete inconvenience to me and my family

The staff is really patient and friendly. Answered all my questions. It was my first time needing a rental, and this was a great experience.

Extremely dirty van in poor condition! Refused pickup from Airport.

Car broke down on me first day using it and almost left me stranded, I barely made it home before the car died and then trying to get ahold of someone to help me was a nightmare. I tried calling the actual store that I rented from but kept getting sent to a national customer service and kept getting different answers from different people. Tow truck took 4 hours to get to me after calling for it. Still trying to get a refund since I only got to use the car for 1 of the 4 days I rented it. Will not be going back

We had to exchange the rental because we got a flat tire. At some point, our entire reservation didn't exist in the system. When I tried to change our drop off location, I was made aware that they believed the car had been returned the day before (??????) and it might be complicated because I have a car there was no record of.

First off it was Fox Enterprise. My experience was miserable. Why? Because the general car rental shuttle drops you at the majority of car rental counters. But not Fox. There is NO signage where to go or what to do. I got a quick go out those doors and another shuttle will pick you up. It was over 90 degrees, sunny and not clear where to wait. No phone # provided and no one else to ask I sat on a cement bench waiting, well over 30 min. Finally a Fox shuttle is driving by, I happened to notice and started waving, someone told the driver to stop as he pulls over. I'm beyond frustrated not knowing I had to go to another location but also not knowing if I was going to get picked up or any clear sense where to wait. Driver yells at me, 'what are you doing sitting there?' Ridiculous experience and so unnecessary. Put up some signs. Make it clear. Don't make me work this hard to get to your place and warm people that it will require a second shuttle and an extra hour to deal with you folks. Never again for Fox.

Although I understood my car reservation was subject to the company’s choice of car I never expected to been offered a fully electric, sub standard Chevy Bolt partially charged. I was never been informed ahead of time that this was a possible choice, I found out at the time I went to pick up the car, I was not offered any other choice of car at the similar rate. This was a very stressful situation which derailed my vacation plans that required a long road trip. I been a customer of this Hetrz location in Montclair, CA and never had any problems before. I kindly request the charged fees to be reverted to my credit card. Sincerely Ozzy Gomez

Customer service was good. Not knowing they needed a $200 deposit on a car rental already paid for SUCKED. I was not given a rental car because of it, So now I am stuck paying for a car I never used and missed out on my father's 85th birthday party.

The office was closed by the time I came to pick up the van. I was there 5 minutes late due to traffic. I went to another rental place and got there vehicle. I will NOT rent from Hertz again....
