They really need to do a better job of informing you you cannot travel into Michigan with the rental.

Not Fox's fault but, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler design is to have the car shut off when you come to a complete stop(such as a traffic light). It would restart as soon as you took your foot off the brake. It was very annoying, as well as excessive wear on the cars starter I assume. Other wise everything went extremely well with Fox Rent A Car. I've been using them for years and have yet to have any negative experiances.

Expedited my travel needs despite the high demand I was treated as if I was the only one present! They were all smiles and more than happy to help. Exceeded my expectations especially during the pandemic!

They did not honor the reservation made through your app. You both suck. I ended paying over $300 for a one day rental because of your error.

When I arrived, there were two representatives assisting customers with six customers ahead of me. It took an hour to get through the process to then go get my car. First car smelled like prior customer had just put their cigarettes out. When I brought this to the attention of lot attendant, was directed to a second car. This car was badly scraped the entire length of the drivers side, and looked like someone had tried to pull the front license plate off. When I told attendant, I didn't want to look like I had rented a wreck, I was directed to a third car. Total process to pick up a car was 90 minutes.

The car I reserved throw you with a conformation !!! Thirty said you never had it reserved!!! I will never use your site & I will trash it , bad mouth it for ever you suck call me if you have the guts you ruined our trip!! When I got to the site to pick up the car, the agent asked me what kind of car I'd wanted and almost made me think that they didn't have the car I ordered. It was just a bit odd. Once I got in the car, I noticed that the gas tank was just over half full and that the windshield washer fluid light was on. I've never gotten a rental car with less than a full tank of gas. I took a photo of this and called the office. I was told that it "should" be noted that the tank was only half full and that I didn't need to worry about low windshield washer fluid - he thought he'd had water added earlier. When I went to use it, it wasn't low, it was empty. We filled the gas tank before dropping it off and let the drop off agent know that the windshield washer fluid was empty. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it was not stellar.

Racist manger @ enterprise they took my deposit and accused me and my family of smoking in there rental with our new born baby and called the police on us

they called last minute to inform me that the car was not available. :(

Fast and easy

The didn't have any cars for me and 5 other people that arrived about the same time, They didn't communicate with us. They did nothing to help us. Aren'/t they supposed to secure cars from competitors for us when they can't honor our reservations?' I don't know if I can trust Kayak with my ravel arrangements now.

Easy pick up. They are doing a great job and I see no areas of improvement.
