I like the way customers are treated, flexibility, efficiency and excellent vehicle!

I found almost 80$ for 5 hours a bit expensive.

Customer service was awesome and the car was clean and on time.

At the time of returning the car the sales person at Avis decided to tell me that I have a exceeded my Mika wage by 5000 km thank god I had all the proof that he commuted a mistake and he reversed the amount that was being charged . Everything else was fine

I really could have used a snow brush, but I didn’t find it. The windshield had recently been cleaned, leaving a residue on the inside, that made it hard to see when driving into the sun, as the sunshine lit up the residue.

I am appalled at how unsafe it was for Budget to be providing cars to folks in this Ottawa weather at this time of year with NO WINTER TIRES. Driving from Ottawa to Quebec felt so unsafe and took us so much longer than it should have because ALL SEASON TIRES ARE NOT WINTER TIRES. We were sliding all over the road and I am a very experienced and confident driver. It is deplorable that just because winter tires aren’t legally required in Ontario that Budget would be putting their patrons in such danger during the winter months. Not impressed.

Car was dirty , hadn’t been disinfected , vacuumed, customer service was ok , felt rushed .. not a personal experience. Most rental places drive you back , but they did not. Price was reasonable, got in on a good price. Don’t think I would go back to that particular location. Maybe try another location next time!

Everything was excellent. The drop-of at the Ottawa airport was very easy and fast and very close to the departures entrance.

We had to insist on checking the car conditions in our presence at drop off like we did for pickup. Else the practice is to do it later on and send the observations to the customer by emails.

I arrived at 4:55 for my 5 PM rental. Store was closed and no workers whatsoever. Definitely disappointed!
