When someone rents a GPS it should have instructions with it or the operation be explained. I could not get sound out of it and old address kept coming up. It was night time rain and it seems all the City is in Construction, and the GPS does not work very dangerous.

With the red part at the bottom of the gauge and the hash marks at various points, and the confusing symbols for "full and "empty (Yes, I know a filled circle should be full and an empty circle empty but if you don't drive all the time and as I said, the red colour at the bottom made me think that the graph would turn red as it emptied.) Then, after reading the materials, saying the car was 8/8 full, I thought maybe the rpm thing to the left, which has 8 divisions, was the gauge. The woman who was working your counter on Dec. 24 at 7 pm when I picked up my car was phenomenal. Give her a raise and hold onto her. There were 3 of us and she handled us professionally and with friendliness that's rare these days. A++ for her.

Called to pick up the car that I had a reservation for, and was informed that no cars were available at all enterprise locations across the city despite my reservation.

They did not have an economy car available despite the fact that I had booked economy.

The car was dirty. The attendant made an excuse to say she tried to clean up the car but in fact she did nothing. There was dirt in the trunk and around the hinges of the trunk door.

Pick up and drop off were easy

I was quoted $37. Cost $67. Guy told me the car had to be back before noon and they go and charge me $20 for dropping it off at noon.

It was so cheap. 60$ for 3 days rental including taxes. It was a huge saving, so happy! Will recommend to anyone and definitely use it too.
