WHAT I LIKED: Pickup and dropoff were in the airport terminal. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER: The car initially provided had a large crack all the way across the windshield (which they warned me about at the counter in the terminal). This would have been very distracting and was unacceptable. After looking at the car, I returned to the counter to request another car, and had to wait an hour for another one to be ready (even though there were several other cars parked in the lot). I expected better out of Enterprise.

The car was well-worn, with a broken radio. The rental price was $400 above what I had been quoted. On the positive side, the pickup and drop off were smooth and fast processes, and the car ran well.

I thought the staff was nice, and the car was available on shot notice after my other rental company canceled a few days prior to my trip.

The car smelled like cigarettes, and it never really went away.

My flight was cancelled and I was unable to pick up my car. I requested to hold the car for me until the morning...and I would even pay for the day we were supposed to pick it up and the guy said no.....first come first serve. I said if I am paying for the car when I was supposed to get it what difference does it make. He said sorry we won't do that. I said can you book me a car for the next day then and he said no.....they don't have any cars. The customer service was really bad and I won't be trying to rent a car from them again.

Friendly staff. Got lucky with shuttle back to airport - did not have to wait too long. Good value.

The car was very worn for only having 12,000 miles. Lot's of dings and dents, stained seats, chipped windshield. May I was at Rent-a-Wreck? But it ran fine and no issue with how the car operated.

Showed up to airport to get the agreed upon car. Was told by the agent that a credit only card was necessary in order to get the car. The only alternative to use a debit/credit card was to have already booked a return ticket home 24 hours in advance. Why would I even need the car, since I intended to drive it home ? No one who wasn't present could pay with a credit card for me, either. I will not even attempt to book a car with Hertz in the future.

I would NEVER rent from Hertz again. I am still recovering from the tramitised experience. I am dealing with Hertz customer relation / billing department. DO NOT book the “Manager’s Special” deal… they gave us the smallest car on the lot and wanted considerably more money when we asked for a larger/safer vehicle.
