You guys forgot to mention all of the hidden fees I’ll have to pay and it ended up being almost double the cost you guys “estimated”. Maybe try getting the actual value of the car next time.

Car was ready for pick up in State College and drop off was easy in Kentucky

The mileage must have been logged incorrectly at the pick up location because at drop off, it said we had driven over 5,000 miles! Good think we got unlimited miles with the rental!

I went all the way to the airport so they tell me ‘we are out of cars come back tomorrow, and when i asked what will guarantee that i will find one tomorrow he replies “because am telling you” such an unprofessional treatment.

The Hertz kiosk was the only car rental facility closed. We could not pick up our vehicle upon arrival. We had to book another car rental and pay more. Horrible experience!

I completed the reservation, and the rental place called a couple days later to tell me there won’t be a car available for me. All the other rental agencies in town were booked, so I had to upend my wife’s schedule so I could borrow her car.
