They didn't let us rent the vehicle we had already reserved online just because we weren't from the city of Manteca. We also payed $27 for insurance and never got our money back. I will never rent or have any family rent from here. Called the enterprise from our city and we weren't able to get a car and we weren't able to attend our New Years party that was 3hrs away. Worst service ever!

I ended up renting from Hertz in Manteca. The man I spoke to on the phone at enterprise was extremly rude and could not give my any info on my rental

I went with Hertz instead Enterprise

Car was dirty, the ceiling disgusting. Food or something rubbed all over it. Car parts left in the truck. Car wasn't cleaned well before being given to us. Found a cell phone under the seat. Car only had a forth of a tank has. We scheduled to pick up at noon, got there at 1330 hours and had to wait 25 minutes for the dirty car. I even asked the representative of the car had been cleaned. Later we found the car parts in the truck. The car had a toe that kept reading low, had to stop in Santa Maria store, they sent us to shop to get the tire replaced. Took 45 minutes to compete. Not sure if I'll be renting from Enterprises again. I've rented in the past and didn't have these issues. And is not like anything is going to happen from this review.

Incredibly slow pickup times. No nighttime box for key drop off. Vehicle had a persistent rattle while driving. Took thirty minutes to get the vehicle after they went to get it; anoint an hour total from start to finish with no wait in the line. Inside windshield was filthy and hard to see through.

They delayed the car that screwed up all my plans and wasted 2 people day off and my kids spring break and one day hotel fir two rooms. I supposed to get the car at 8:00AM, they called me when I was on the way to agency and said they don’t have car and trying to locate in other locations. They were finally able to provide me car at 4:00PM. Since I lost one day, I requested for one day rental refund but they refused. They offered me one extra day rental or gift certificate which is not useful for me so I refused it. If you are choosing hertz Manteca, which is on Yosemite ave, you have to be cautious. They have very limited vehicles, same thing happened to another lady on the same day.

I’ve rented many cars and this was by far the worst. The car was a 2018 Honda Fit and should not be in service. It felt unclean with stains on the fabric and scratches and dings everywhere. Sturdy cover over the spare tire was missing so the card board cover collapsed with the weight of my suitcase and computer bag. I had to drop the back seats to place heavy items on them. Key fob didn’t work either. Only thing I liked was that it got me home safely.

We booked full size car and given midsize car instead. We went there twice to get changed. But they wouldn’t and won’t give SUV saying, we pay the difference. Whereas, midsize was being offered at $350 for the same period we paid almost 560+ to book full size car and still got midsize.

we had a midsize reservation but the branch didn't have it. I had a foot sugary and have to carry knee scooter and couldn't use the small car. The representative(s) at the Hertz office were so rude. they called 911 but since we didn't do anything wrong; the police officer didn't say anything to us.
