Made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and no car available when we got there. To make matters worse the attendant didn’t seem to care. Went directly to Hertz 2 blocks away and got a rental. The people at Hertz were friendly and very attentive! Like it should be!!

I reserved a premium rental 24 hours before picking up the car. When I got there they said all they had was a full size Chevy Malibu. No premium cars were available. The seats were all stained up, the windshield had a chip in it. I don't rent cars often but I would expect a clean interior at least.

Quick check in despite having to locate an available car for my reservation. Car was in great order and drove really well. The check in agent was really nice even at 8am. Check out was also easy approximately 15 minutes. Inspection went well and we were on our way.

The car has a shut off feature, cut off at 3 traffic lights

Sites showed cars were available for rent but they were completely out of stock. Even their central customer service phone number said they should be in stock but I was turned away. I called later to check again and they just said no and hung up on me.

When I booked I told them that my flight was getting into Valdosta at 5PM. No one bothered to mention that Hertz closes at 5PM. By the time I got to their office it was about 5:20PM. They were closed. There was an employee still on the premises but he refused to help. We had to pay about $180 for a Lyft to take us to our hotel in Thomasville (an hours drive) and drive us back the next day for a pick up. I would definitely not recommend Hertz to anyone. It was beyond stressful and horrible.

Price for the car was expensive! Horrible pick up and drop off customer service! The windshield wipers were a mess, it could've caused a wreck from not working properly! The tires did not have enough air! The tires were not snow tires in winter!!!

That we finally got a car the next day, but not what we reserved and it cost more money.

Our pickup time was 5pm, we did not know the location closed at 5 & we missed them. Had to take a taxi to our hotel & another taxi back to Hertz at 8am. They said our rented car was gone, but how could it be? We got their just after it closed & arrived just before it opened the next morning. They gave us a small car for more money. EXTREMELY disappointed and won't be renting from Hertz again.

Nothing!

Early that morning I signed and paid my issuance for my rental and when I got there to pay and receive your company at the Valdosta airport happily took my i.d and Card just to tell me they don't take non bank issued cards. Even though I'm on disability and it's the only form of payment I have. So with no way back home and no other way to pay. I had to walk my disabled body all the way back home. Not to mention your employee didn't try to assist in my mishaps or try to call a taxi. You would think you all would put this type of stuff on your website to stop the inconvenience. I mean money is money and I had plenty on my card. But overall I never got a rental and it wrecked my whole day of plans. Thank you!
