I was late for my reservation so they assumed I wasn't coming and thus gave away my car. However, they got me a new car and upgraded me for the inconvenience so it wasn't too bad. Maybe next time just shoot the customer a phone call to make sure they're not coming.

I rented an economy car, they gave a Honda CR-V. It was a nice car. The price was high as they all seem to be during covid. The desk person did her job, nothing more nothing less.

Vehicle had strong cigarette smoke, which gave me migraines. They charged us more than double than what was agreed in the contract (after I returned the vehicle) . I had to waste my time on the phone to correct this and get them to honer the agreed price. They did give us a upgrade to a jeep with no xtra charge. I won’t do business with them at this location again

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Car was a better model than anticipated. key drop off to box was easy.

The price of rental was similar to all other rental agencies, but still seemed a bit high for less than 24 hours.

The ease of the rental was great. No issues, got me into the car I reserved. The manager, Dimitri, was polite and attentive to my needs. Car was clean and they serviced it for me before taking it to ensure the were no issues.

Staff was great. Location and ease of pickup & drop off couldn't have been easier or more convenient. Only one complaint is the price was obnoxious!!! I searched everywhere Kayak had "best " price...however I paid more for 2 days than I would for an entire month of a car payment.

They had no car for me which I paid for and I got in a very situation because of them. Very bad and never going to rent from ever again.

The car was clean and the price was very fair

We left something in the car and due to weather we could not get in touch with anybody until 36 hours later. Not necessarily Hertz fault but was nerve racking. It would have been nice if the store manager could be reached through the main number for some reassurance.

Pick up process—fine. Around 2pm. Condition of car—perfect. Drop off—the worst you can imagine. I arrived at the garage at 6pm. Attendant informs me that Budget is “closed”—as of 3pm. (It is physically impossible to drive from Worcester to NYC in one hour.) Budget had no idea this was the case. Attendant refused to accept the car. I had to park it overnight and take it back… now. This morning.

Nothing - I was unable to make the rental because the hours of the rental car location were a lie.

The online hours listed for Budget Car Rental say it is open until 7 pm. However, when I arrived at 4 pm, there were no employees there. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I called the location, & it said "all of our employees are busy" - the store hours are a lie.

Easy pick up, nice car.

There was no one at the counter mid-afternoon to receive my car. I waited for 20 minutes and then left my Budget key in the dropbox even though the box was only marked for Avis, not Budget.

Ease of dropping off the car. Simply pulled into the lot adjacent to the terminal, parked, and dropped keys at counter.

The agent’s attitude when I mentioned that I was expecting a discount for returning the vehicle with more gasoline then when I picked it up. He immediately said that was not possible; even though, I was told differently by a Budget representative when I called the company’s customer service line earlier in the day. He also did not seem interested in my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the vehicle I noticed shortly after picking up the vehicle.
