Cheap Car Hire in South Addition, Anchorage from AED 18

I felt rushed when picking up the car so I could not take detailed photos of the entire car before I left the lot for scratching or damage.

Car was not clean.

The Alaska price is way too high

The staff at this location were universally outstanding. Car inventory was tight, but they hustled to make everything work, and customer experience was clearly their top priority.

I tried to get ahold of them to extend and it proves to be impossible

Considering an unprecedented snowstorm hit the area that holiday day, the representatives at Thrifty were above bar on expectations. Earlier in the week they adjusted my rental period without any fees or issues, even adjusted my pick-up time to accommodate better road conditions. The day of pick-up, a winter storm hit the area, and in spite of lost net and computer systems, they hand-wrote check-in paperwork in order to stay open and available to clients. I am in debt to them that the day of the storm was my best day to pick-up the car and they were available. The clerk who assisted me was professional and flexible. Really impressed.

They could have actually had the car for me to rent. They did not have the car I reserved to rent. Then had the nerve to offer me a bigger car for $500 a day. Will never use them again.

I liked not paying the airport tax

Rep was not friendly.

Couldn't ask for an easier pick up drop off. Great car, better service
