The agency claimed not to have received our order. Once shown proof of its existence, the car provided had been smoked in despite my wife’s request for a non-smoking vehicle. Hertz exchanged the car, but the replacement vehicle was in poor condition and rattled consistently. This was a poor rental experience and not at all consistent of my past service from Hertz.

The vehicle I rented was on E at pickup and not very clean. I am also still waiting for a receipt

VW Jetta was just what I needed for a FL trip!

I ended up leaving a bad Google review. Their apparently new policies are not conducive to the way I do business.
