The car was perfectly fine, exactly as requested. But the pickup and drop off location was extremely difficult to actually find, and the pickup address given on the confirmation directed us to a location that was completely unrelated to the rental car location. In fact, we had to do a block to block search to locate it several streets over from the location given to us. After we found it, the pickup itself went smoothly.

Car was super clean. Could’ve provided phone hold for GPS though. Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend not buying the full insurance package.

Everything about the company was excellent: customer service, vehicle quality and cleanliness, ease in picking it up and dropping it off. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the vehicle rental insurance sold through Kayak was separate from the vehicle rental company, a fact that was never made clear during the booking process. If I had damaged the car, it would have made filing a claim much more difficult than than if the policy had been through the rental company.
